Fort Clatsop. This is a replica of the fort built by the Lewis and Clark party. This is where they spent the winter.
Yes , lots of great coffee shops. This one is my favorite.
Coffee Girl is out on a pier with a cannery. There were lots of interesting signs and history concerning the canning of salmon in Astoria.
Well, a house for me and the DH to rehab. Funny thing, when I found this he said it was time to go home.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the tour! We were in the Portland area for a couple of days in mid September, but did not make it to this area. Loved what we saw, and hope to get back to visit more of the state.
